Is anyone in Orthopedics coding for total knee/hip replacements where their surgeon harvests bone marrow, mixes the marrow with platlet rich plasma and then injects it back into the acetabulum and femoral canal (for total hip)?
I am wondering just how to correctly code for this. Any opinions or help would be appreciated.
