I have a hospital progress note that I'm coding for my provider. Hoping someone can help me with finding a dx code. I have other symptoms I can code, but the #1 is stated to be "toxic ingestion". My symptoms are esophagitis and epigastric pain so at least I have something there.

I know what the substance is from reading a consult note from another doctor, but it's not in this particular note so I can't use that info.
