I'm currently coding in a Toxicology lab and need some clarification on billing them. If the provider requisition doesn't list any medications the patient is on or note that the patient is not on any medications and marks the drugs that should be tested (i.e. amphetamines, benzodiazepines, opiates, etc.) is this adequate information to bill from?
