Wiki TPI's and Humana

Good day,

Has anyone else been having issues with Humana not wanting to pay for TPI's claiming it violates the Medicare LCD when it does not. Is Humana just trying to get out of paying valid claims or something is going on at Humana and I should report them to the state?
