If a Provider bills 20553, I know that is for 3 or more muscles injected, BUT if the same muscle is injected on both sides, would that be considered 1 or 2 muscles. Given the policy was changed from "muscle groups" to individual muscles, I'd suspect it would be considered 2 muscles. Please advise
