I’ll assign 996.69 + 379.03 (Inflammation// sclera/ anterior eye segment) + V43.1 (status)

Use additional code to identify the inflammation -379.03

If indicated- Use V45.61 if associated with concurrent cataract removal.

Trabecular meshwork= trabecular tissue of sclera
