Ok-this seems prety simple so I must be having a brain you-know-what...

A patient had a biopsy of a paratracheal mass-surgeon incised 2 fingerbreadths above sternal notch-DID NOT use mediastinoscopy. Did not use bronchoscope. Any ideas on a code??:confused:
