Finding
right brachial arm pressure 157 mmhg
Left Brachial arm peressure 156 mmHg
Bilateral posterior tibail and dorsalis pedis pressure do not compress
Ankle brachial indices are non claculable due to incompressibilty of the ankle vessels
Skin perfusion pressure later plantar surface right foot is 67 mmHg and lateral plater surgce foot 58 mmHg. the pulse volume recordsing apprear normal .
Impression Adequater perfusion bilateral lower extremities with kin perfusion pressure measurements greater tahn 50 mmHg
