Wiki Training for asc coding/ billing

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a training course to learn ASC coding and billing. I've contacted AAPC, they apparently don't have any. Online sources would be best, but books, or classes in the NY area would be fine also. I currently code for an Aneshesia/ Pain group. I understand that most of the coding would be similar, so I don't need a Basic coding course. What I need to learn are the specifics for ASC's, like on coding groups, how and when to use the appropriate modifiers, and HCPC's.

I appreciate any help I can get.

Actually AAPC has a course that will help you. See the cousre for CPC-H. I recently got my CPC-H certification. They teach hospital based outpatient coding, ASC is a little bit different but in general everything is the same. Let me know if you have any wuestions.

The AAPC actually does have a book, however it is to take the CASCC exam. You could use most of the info in there to start off with.
