Wiki transcervical approach to parapharyngeal space tumor

Can anyone please help me with coding a transcervical approach to a parapharyngeal space tumor? I see many articles about the procedure, but nothing on how to code it. Physician chose 61590 but that is pre-auricular approach. Any help is much appreciated.
