transfer between facilities

The hospital owns 2 faclities. One is in the northern end of town and the other in the south end of town.

If patient is admitted to facility A and transferred to facility B on the same day, how is this coded? Should facility A code 99221 or should facility A code 99234 for same day admit/discharge?
