Is hydration (96360,96361) billable with a blood transfusion(36430)?
I just read a RAC article on-line about it.
 
I haven't read the RAC article you are referring to, but, as far as I know you cannot charge hydration with a blood transfusion. The hydration is included in the transfusion charge.
