New to this area of coverage. We completed an approved M2F Breast Surgery. We are good with the reimbursement for the surgery, however coverage for the implants is lacking. The reimbursement was approximately 376.00 per implant well below the invoice cost.

I searched the web and it appears this is an area of low reimbursement, anyone aware of how to at minimum capture the invoice cost?

Any supportive references or guidance appreciate.
