I have received conflicting information on when to the report the DOS for TCM's. I have read that the DOS should be reported with a DOS 30 days after discharge and also read that we do not have to wait until 30 days post discharge. Is it appropriate to report DOS when face to face is done or to report DOS 30 days post discharge? Please help!!!
