Does anyone know if we can bill for TCM if the patient declines TCM services?

Hi there, can you provide a little more detail? Did the patient agree to receive TCM but refuse to communicate with the provider or something?

Outreach was done by clinical staff, while speaking with patient, the patient had already scheduled a follow up with PCP and declined TCM.

Thanks, got it. This isn't a billable TCM service. Even if the patient hadn't declined TCM the initial outreach is only part of the service.
