Can someone explain to me why people are saying Transitional Care cannot be billed with Home Health Certification G0180?
I understand that the care plan oversight code G0181 cannot be billed and I understand why that is the case. But is not G0180 tied into a Medicare part "A" payment release for the home health agency?
If a physician only bills transitional care and never "orders" home health how are the home health agencies being pd?
