Our Surgeon is going to do a Trans oral incisionless fundoplication the compay tells us to code a 43280 but question whether this is correct has anyone coded this

I haven't, but maybe with more info I could help.

43280 is for a laparoscopic procedure...is he using scopes at all? You'd have to make an incision to use this code. How exactly is it incisionless?
Do you have a short description of how the procedure is done?

Yes, our Doctors have just started doing this procedure. We are using 43499 and comparing it to 43280, and of course attaching a letter and OP report to the insurance company.
