Hi, does anyone know where I can find all the CPT/HCPCs codes with a simple naming convention? Example: The description is "Arthroplasty, knee condyle and plateau, medial and lateral compartments"
The simple name would be "knee replacement". This is needed for the transparency in coverage regulations effective 1/1/22 to create Machine Readable files for all payers rates.
