Can someone please help with coding a - Transpedicular rib sparing approach for ventral T8 tumor debulking and spinal cord separation surgery with preservation of the anterior two thirds of the T8 vertebral body? I have chosen 63301 although the approach is not correct. The research has also led me to 63055, but this code is for a disc removal not a tumor.
