Our office does bladder scans and transrectal ultrasounds on a daily basis. Per NCCI edits, they are inclusive to each other, but can be unbundled is applicable. However, I am having a difficult time determining what qualifies for a modifier 59. I am guessing the only way is by the procedures being done during different session but I am not sure.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! :confused:
