Physician used a resectoscope sheath w/Timberlanke obturator in bladder and placed a collins knife to excise bladder wall adhesions. Would code 52214 be appropriate? 52276 states urethral stricture but pt did not have a urethral stricture physician just used Collins knife to excise the bladder wall adhesions. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
