Hi All,

I'm looking to see if anyone has a Trauma Superbill that they would be willing for forward to me. Our physician is looking for something with codes that they can quickly mark up and forward to the billing dept.

Personal opinion: toss the superbills and either go for electronic encounter forms or let a coder abstract from the record. This improves the coding quality and compliance.
