My physician performed a treadmill on a patient who was an inpatient at the local hospital. Would I use 93015 because he performed the treadmill as well as read it or do I use 93016 & 93018 because it was not our equipment and he had it done at the hospital?
 
You would use the 93016 and 93018 because the facility owns the equipment. You would use the 93015 if only if you performed the test, did the interpretation and report and owned the equipment.
