My claims to Tricare for 11921 which have been paid for in the past using diagnosis of V10.3 or V51.0 are no longer being paid with either of those diagnoses. Has anyone out there had a Tricare claim for the tattooing code paid for in the last 3 months? Can you share with me what diagnosis you sent? Thank you.
