Can anyone tell me if they are also having this problem with Tricare?
All of our flu shots are being denied as remark code N216 "We do not offer coverage for this type of service or the patient is not enrolled in this portion of our benefit package", including our patients that got flu shots last year and those flu shots were paid.
We are billing 90630 Intradermal PF with admin code 90471.
