With the transition to PGBA for Tricare East, has anyone been receiving denials of these claims or know of alternative codes to use for Out Patient CD/MH, We have always used these codes with the correct rev code for LOC, but since the switch to PGBA claims are being denied, any suggestions would be appreciated
