Wiki Trigeminal branch nerve blocks

The supraorbital and supratrochlear are both divisions of the V1 branch (the ophthalmic branch) of the trigeminal nerve. If they are both blocked can you report one or two units of 64400? I know there is a CPT assistant that directs us to report two units when the V1 and the V3 branches are blocked. I am particularly interested in two divisions of the same branch.
