We are having issues coding this procedure correctly, 64600 or 64610.
The OP Report reads as follow:
The area was sterilely prepped and draped. The C arm was moved into position and covered with a sterile C arm cover. After local anesthetic infiltration and under fluoroscopic visualizayion a 20-gauge RFA cannula with 5mm active tie was advanced just above the coronoid notch and advanced until the lateral pterygoid plate was encountered.
