Wiki Trying to decide if we should bill Medicare?

Opting in or out of Medicare is coming up and we are trying to decide whether or not to start taking/billing medicare.

Our concerns are the audits and also is medicare hard to bill?

Do you still bill on a HCFA? Do you have to bill on a website?

I feel very clueless and confused???
Any opinions are appreciated.
