Without an operative note it is really hard to tell what the appropriate code should be. Have you looked at 32505?

This is not a lung tumor so 32505 would not be appropriate. It is actually a schwanomma and will likely have to bill unlisted in the nervous system section. If anyone has experience billing those type tumors, I would be interested in talking via email. Thanks
