somebody please help! i have a Dr who bills 30140 when he uses the coblator submucosally, he argues that the coblation is removing tissue but his documentation states ” I got good reduction of tissue “ he does not state tissue removed. the approach is with the coblator not a direct incision with a blade.. Am i wrong here? insurance will not pay as when they see the use of the coblation wand they will not pay 30140

i have already sent detailed descriptions of the 4 turb codes , i am struggling with him
