Looking for some guidance on:
Next attention was focused to the aforementioned bladder tumor residing at the bladder neck. The cystoscope was exchanged for a resectoscope with a 26 French sheath. Utilizing a bipolar loop, the aforementioned tumor was resected in its entirety. Resection was carried from the edge of the left-sided Hutch diverticulum distally towards and involving the prostate. Small portion of the prostate was resected to ensure no additional viable tumor. All tumor specimens were retrieved and sent for pathological analysis. Hemostasis was achieved with judicious use of electrocautery utilizing the bipolar button. Care was taken not to cauterize in the expected region of the left ureteral orifice.

Thank you!
