Wiki Twice in one day EMDR and Conjoined

We are an outpatient mental health office. The client would like to be seen at 9am for individual therapy(EMDR) she then would like a conjoined "family" session later that day with her husband. Would we need to bill on same claim? Potentially use mod 51 or 59? Any guidance would be appreciated!
