My doctor has a patient that was admitted to the hospital, she had a twin pregnancy, she delivered one of the babies at 21weeks, the baby lived for 20 minutes, she is still currently in the hospital pregnant with the other twin, until full term, my question is at what day can i start billing for the daily hosp visits after the delivery of the first baby? Can anyone please help.
 
usually it is 2 days vaginal, 4 days C-section. So with your patient, I would start billing on day 3.
