Our patient had delivery of 13 week and 1 day twins, intrauterine fetal death of both twins. The delivery was induced with Cytotec. How would this be coded out?

How many OB visits had she had? Possibly bill out 59400 and 59409 for global care over 3 visits, or 59410 and 59409 if not for the global care. 632 will be used for both deliveries and since this is the mothers records I would think V27.4 would be appropriate.
