Can I have two different fee schedules charges for payers for different physicians under the same tax ID and NPI....we are a PCP practice
currently, we have one fee schedule 2 times Medicare allowable

You should confirm with compliance, but I believe DIFFERENT physicians would be permitted to have different fee schedules.
You are not allowed to bill different insurances/patients different fee schedules.
