how are you billing the influenza vaccine when it is given in two doses?
 
Do you mean the seasonal flu for babies 6-35 months? If so, you bill it as you would any vaccine. The V04.81, the vaccine cpt, and the appropriate admin. If they see only a nurse, no OV or copay.
