a patient went to the ED in the morning, was evaluated by our doc on-call, and had an NST, and was discharged to home later in the morning.


that evening, she went back to the ED, was evaluated again, and had another NST. We had a different on-call doc who saw her this time.

Can I code two visits for the same day?
