Excision of malignant melanoma from nasal sidewall, wound defect reconstructed with full thickness skin graft from the left chest and cartilage grafts taken from the ear. Is it appropriate to report both 15260 and 15760?
There aren't any CCI edits on this, but I was just looking for another coder's thoughts on this. Thanks for any input!
