Phyician injects orthovisc into knee then he injects depo into the same knee same pt same encounter can we bill for both injections?

20610 J7324 and 20610 J1040

Everything I have read states Only 1 injection per location per day is allowed to be billed

I know, at times, docs will treat arthritis (orthovisc) and inflammation (depo) on same knee with 2 injections. Rule of thumb is 1 20160 but you can bill out both drugs.
