Wiki Two Injuries

Patient comes to see us with two separate injuries. For example, patient came in to the ER after falling and has an injury to left hip and left small finger. Does this count as 1 on location in HPI elements or 2? Bonus for somewhere where this is documented so that I can help my coworker.
