Wiki Two joint injections in the same finger-help!

My doctor did 2 injections in the right index finger, one in the PIP and one in the MCP joint. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to code this to show the insurance company that it was two different joints just on the same finger. Is this doable?
 
Not from a coding standpoint. Just need a -59 modifier, the correct finger modifier, and -very clear- documentation that two separate and distinct joints were identified and separately injected.
