If one of our nurse practitioners saw a patient in our office, then one of our physicians in the same group practice admits that patient the same day, my understanding is that we bundle both the office visit and the admit and bill under one hospital admission for that day.

Can we bill separately for providers seeing patients, same day, for different diagnosis under any circumstances?
