Is there such a code for these or do I just use 47562 as we only have one gallbladder to remove? He inserted a 10 mm Optiview port through the base of the umbilicus and then it says he inserted a 5 mm epigastric port and a 2mm micrograsper were inserted...

At a loss... :(
 
47562 is going to be your best bet. The CPT book does not distinguish between the number of ports used for laparoscopic procedures.
