two providers overseeing treatment same dos

Chemo infusion treatment initiated at 8:00am, overseen by provider A. Provider A leaves office (part-time provider) at 12:30pm and provider B comes into office at 12:30pm(also part-time provider) assumes overseeing of the infusion. Treatment completes at 3:00pm. Which provider do we bill as the overseeing?
Any references would be appreciated.
