Patient had a dislocation of rt elbow w/ fracture of the radial neck and medial epicondyle. The physician took her to OR and did a closed reduction of the elbow under fluoro and then splinted. Does the fracture take priority and it become a closed reduction of fx code or do I code the closed reduction of the dislocation?
