Morning,
Does anyone have a reliable website on where to find UB Value Codes?
 
Thank you I did see that one. The code in question is value code FD. On the Noridian website it says FD in reserved for National Assignment, but in the MLNs I am reading they are stating FD has been effective since 2014. I just wasn't sure if there was another reliable site out there

Looking at place of service list for noridian they don't keep the list up to date so condition codes are likely out of date. The full list is on NUBC’s Official UB-04 DataSpecifications Manual but a membership is required to access it.
