can someone answer me this? If a hospital bills rev code 450/99283 can a doctor bill on a hcfa 99283 for same dos etc?

Yes the hospital is billing only the facility portion the provider needs to submit the pro fee portion on the CMS 1500 ( formerly HCFA) the codes do not need to match for the E&M
