We perform high complexity urine drug screens. The codes 80101 and 80104 do not specify high complexity or moderate. Does anyone have any experience with these? I am needing to confirm if we should bill with 80104 or not. I also have some insurnaces processing the 80104 x multiple units at two different allowed amounts. Anyone seeing this problem?
