UGI and PEG tube

During an upper endoscpopy the physician states " A large blood clot was found in the the entire examined stomach and was removed with the snare. The PEG tube was noted to be partially eroded through the stomach wall. It was gently lifted and a large ulceration with evidence of recent bleeding was noted at the PEG tube site. The PEG tube bumper was pushed back entirely into the stomach and was repositioned externally and one suture was placed to hold it in place." In this case, would there a code appropriate for the work associated with the PEG tube?

The patient was having the endoscopy for hematemesis.
